Compatibility considerations
The general reference matrix pairing formula families with common materials and barrier products.
What to look for
- Osmolality and pH
- Some public-health guidance discusses lubricant osmolality and pH. Manufacturers do not always publish these figures; when they do, they are worth noting for sensitive skin.
- Oil and latex
- Oil-based products, including many massage oils and household oils, are widely reported to weaken latex barriers. Keep them apart unless the packaging explicitly says otherwise.

A general educational summary of widely reported guidance. It does not replace the individual manufacturer’s instructions, which take precedence in every case. Where a cell says “check packaging”, the answer depends on the specific formula.
